Do Agencies Work Better?
A project at work has grown much larger than we first planned. We now need several guides, articles, and documents, so one person may not be enough. I started wondering if a technical writing agency would make more sense than finding different writers for each task. I have never worked with an agency before. Do they normally keep one person assigned to a project, or can several writers work on different parts? I would like to hear what the experience was like for others.
